After looking at my last 20 trades I noticed something interesting. My loss percentages are much smaller than my gain percentages, which is great. HOWEVER, looking at dollar amounts my losses are similar to my gains. This tells me most of my losses have been trades where I am not sized in properly for my risk/reward dollar amount. Focus in the near term is to get position size under control.

Finally was able to upload the last 2 weeks of overtrading in my E*Trade account. Just taking the lessons as they come and knowing it's a marathon not a sprint, it's been a rough past 2 months but I feel good going into the new year ready to attack this with a different approach. 1% better every day.... even tho my profit chart looks like a killer short LOL

Well I've uploaded all my recent losses (along with a few decent longs) and as much as it hurts I just have to trust that this is all part of my process. I can either choose to learn from my mistakes or keep up the insanity until I blow up. Going back to the basics for a period of time because I know I can do this!

Did a sheet for a swing short on $JWN with all the COVID cases on the rise and no stimulus in sight we'll see if it goes down on Monday, I think it will. Problem being every damn stock on E*Trade is hard-to-borrow making me really question if I want to continue using them as a broker or not!
