Not for me. Bad trend, many failed spikes, prob. still lots of overhead from the spike yesterday, no news/change in fundamentals. Intraday it looks like it has found a bottom to risk of off, but in total I would stay far away.

I'm still fairly new to this as well but I don't think I would touch it. As said earlier there is a history of many spikes. It has some resistance but i expect it to drop tomorrow. I'm guessing that the flow of volume was because of this article on the 3rd, https://finance.yahoo.com/news/diffusion-pharmaceuticals-present-10th-annual-130000516.html . I could be wrong though, still learning!
