Chasing without a real plan. Need to study more and put FOMO aside.
No plan, just chasing...... Expensive lesson.
Bought this stock using Oracle on STT. Bought at the signal. Slow grinder. Like watching paint dry, but the market started getting choppy. Nice grind up in a shaky market.
Was looking for a Friday afternoon squeeze, but already burned on this stock once. Cut losses quickly.
New 52 week high Dip at open Entry = $8.05 Stop = $7.90 Goal = $8.50 *Entered at $8.10, 500 shares. Dropped to $8. Holding around $8. Tried to swing trade this stock. After 2 days, I finally cut my losses.
Tried to enter earlier than my plan, and paid the price.
Bought on what I thought was a dip. Looking for a short squeeze. Wanted to hold until the end of the day, but started dropping too much.
Entry comments: Runner yesterday with FDA approval news. Bought on morning dip.
Exit comments: Watched this drop and held. Broke my rules, and paid for it.
Entry comments: Stock dipped after the market opened. Buy orders started to pile up, so dip buying.
Exit comments: Stock dipped and looked to consolidate, but the volume dried up. Taking the small loss and moving on.
Entry comments: Error in order execution. Looking for runner in hot sector.
Exit comments: I did everything possible wrong on this trade. Can't even explain it. Just wrong!
