Frustrated! My subscription has been suspended for two days now because they can't manually charge my credit card?? So if there's an error/problem with charging they just wait 24 hours for the system to retry the charges. The representatives don't even try to explain things. Unbelievable!!! Guess they are in no rush to take my money. *SIGH*

Tim - I still don't have access. I just got a response saying that they only ran my credit card once. My original request was on 8/3. It's almost a week and they still haven't resolve it yet. I called my credit card company and was told by three different reps that no charges were attempted by anyone this month. I triple checked my credit card information and everything is correct. Isn't there someone I can speak with to get this resolved quicker?
