In the videos of the seminar that Tim gave in Moscow...he taught about pumpers occasionally selling to control price action "hence the stair step movement", I noticed 1/2 cent dumps every time the trading action started to pick up to stop the consistent uptrend that was going to potentially happen. Made me think of that video and chart pattern, just on a smaller scale. I bailed out at that point with a 1/2 cent/ share profit. Minimal loss counting
