Does anyone else have issues executing  paper trade orders onThinkorSwim? Or is it just me?

I am a total newb!

I was up 20+ cents a share on NADL and I repeatedly tried to sell it at one point even 10cents under the bid and still could not get out till it tanked. I don't get it.   It's hapend a lot to me.
