Got in late on this one. Thought about buying last night and holding O/N but didn't. PM trading was crazy. Waited for morning dip & bought small position. Set a goal of 15-20% which would have my exit between 2.20-2.25. I bailed at 2.15 because I didn't think it would hold. Shortly after, price went to 2.50. I'm happy with taking my part as I learn.

Practiced an entry on a morning dip. The dip happened fast but the bounce was insignificant. I watched the consolidation all morning and shortly after lunch, I figured the market had set support/resistance between 0.75-0.82. I picked my exit, took a $20 hit and let it go. Lesson I learned was this stock had gapped up, then dipped on opening bell but volume fell off too and never recovered.

Testing another online broker. Smaller position, same panic dip buy set up. Bigger issues with this broker who is not set up for day trades, although they claim to be. The buy/sell process requires opening/closing multiple windows and multiple confirmations which can take longer than 5 minutes to execute. It's commission-free and this is why.
