@markcroock Watched your webinar with Tim last night, hope you had fun at the game. Have some questions about setting up a trading account, also STT crashed yesterday morning and have not gotten a response from IT yet. Does it usually take two days for them to get back in touch to fix a problem?

jeffyjz@markcroock I signed up as a challenge student the first part of this year. I was told during signup that we only needed 15 bps to run SST.- It didn't ! It then took me the better part of a month to get new internet installed that runs at 50, which works quite well. I have been watching videos and studying for the better part of these last two months. I am getting ready to open up and account. What do you recommend? Also, today SST would not open. My wife attempted to open it for 4 hrs and gave up and emailed STT. help. We have yet to get any tech support. How long does it usually take for them to respond? Now that I feel ready to possibly start trading thought I'd check in to let you know I'm still on board. Comments? Response?
