ETB stocks are usually over crowded shorts since they have little to no fee for borrowing shares. Good idea to consider an area for support after it has consolidated near highs for at least 45 mins. Then using that area as risk for potential NHOD b/o. Don't buy breakouts with parabolic moves into or near resistance. instead wait for pullback+consolidation then a NHOD b/o.
Never look at money instead of the charts. Always follow what the chart is telling you. This will increase your winners, and help you focus and be more patient, and stay disciplined to your process. Thanks for your time and education Grittani!!!

It is a good idea to risk using pre market highs on a OEGU that has faded from premarket highs, IF, price has faded throughout pre market with good liquidity. Psychology: disconnect trading funds from real world value, don't ever say to yourself " Oh man I am risking 2 months worth of rent" - stay focused on your trading and above all your process and risk management. Thanks for your time and education Grittani!!!
Thanks T G for the great lesson on this webinar.

Don't ever increase risk in attempt to make back losses. Instead take time off and clear your head. When you return, go smaller for about a week and get back to the basics and only focus on A+ setups. Focus on getting back into the grove of wining and making good trades then size back up.
If a company "used" or issued" shares or warrants but don't give an updated amount of outstanding amount left, you'd have to substract amounts "used" or "issued" from original amount filed to be offered or exercised to gauge how many can be sold into any rips. Thanks for your time and education Grittani!!!

Thanks Tim Grittani
Technicals have to align with fundamentals in order to have conviction in filings (fundamentals only matter on backside of move). One of the worse languages you can read is company diluting at "price percentage of X numbers of days daily VWAP" Shares can be diluted after a filing and before an updated filing is released, IF company is nice enough to care to update filing. Thanks for your time and education Grittani!!!
