So, interesting day today. Watched closely at market open, and nothing really jumped at me to trade. Then this one popped up. Looking back at the charts history, I had a feeling it would be a runner. Crazy volume for it! Solid morning, with steady consolidation during the day. Fail #1 was mid-guessing support mid morning. I still need to work on that. I bought in at 2.05, then proceeded to watch it fall shortly after. Seriously?! What luck have I?? I’m getting so used to being in the red for a few hours, I should be used to it by now lol. I had set my alert prior to 1.74, and was going to sell based on that drop. It touched it for like a minute, but I held on. Based solidly, and I knew there was still a lot of day left. Afternoon would be the kicker to see if I’d get out. Then volume started coming in. Yay! Finally!! I was at break even again! Afternoon was super fun to see. I think my hand was cramping from having it on the mouse so much, constantly adjusting my sell order. Squeezed great a few times! Then comes fail #2. Right when I was getting ready to sell near 3.15, my day job interrupts me. The nerve. Had no visitors all day, then I had to get a chatty fellow come and talk for like 5 minutes. That’s all it took. It was steadily dropping off its highs, and I quickly exited after the dude left. Outside of my control, but still annoying. Super happy with my gain nonetheless. I’ll post the trade after I can verify it so I don’t get double trades. Win #2 that’s worth speaking of :)
