Its hard to let a day go of trading because im an addict. A lot of us are, but on these cold days where only shit is moving, like $TOPS, you just have to listen to the market and slow down, not be so aggressive. I was thinking $NETE  or $SLS would spike but i picked the wrong one, but either one could have been the wrong one. This monday isnt the hottest, and realizing this is key to not overtrading. Only typing this so hopefully next time i dont take stupid ass trades.
