IB is ok If you have more than 25k, so you can open many positions daily (PDT RULE), I'm not sure if you have to be american citizen, I'm using suretrader, i dont need to have 25k, i can do s many trades as I want, and don't need to be american citizen, anyway Id recommend to take the course of penny stocks first so you dont burn your account

Yes. If you want to do that I would recommend Interactive Brokers -- they take clients from most developed countries. They have a $10,000 account minimum
