Hey all, was hoping for some advice on some more newbie stuff.  You guys have been super helpful elsewhere, so I figure why not.

Ive been reading, watching videos and chewing up entire evenings putting together watchlists and poring over lists that are getting better and better but as you can see are still overall shit.  Soooooo I decided that Im going to go with one of the alert mentor programs such as Tim Alerts.  I signed up for a free 7 day trial of Live Trade Pro, and it seems OK but he definitely does not hide his distaste for daytraders and mostly alerts stocks way over $15.  The chat aspect that Live Trade Pro is OK, but for double the price it really doesn't add any value past the timely alerts that also come on text and email.  And any time I ask a question in the chat I get ignored or treated like a total dumbfuck.  Which I'm just a baby, Im really new at this, but those guys have no patience.  I think just alerts are best for me now....I think.

I have a 3k account, really like day trading and technicals, tight stops, quick alerts.  Come up against the PDT rule all the time but have resolved that I will just have to make a 1k trade a day and that will be good for me.  Even if I just get 5% on each, thats $50 which will pay for my brokers fee and losses while I really get my feet under me.

You can google all day for stock alerts but when the rubber hits the road I want to know what the profit.ly squad recommends to me.  What is your experience with the alert/mentor programs, who should I choose?
