This is a quick video recapping what Mark Crook was talking about in his last video.  Focusing on current runners with periods of volume, low volume selloff/consolidation and buying when volume returns.  Looking back at past charts, this is a proven pattern that I have noticed and will try to focus on going forward.  The charts/patterns don't lie.  This is happening over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again.  Seeing the same when looking at the intra-day charts as well.  Morning volume, period of consolidation and volume returns with spikes.
