Was on vacation this week, but managed to trade every day, was in that chat room, and also worked 1-2 hours a day on the course material.  Put a serious dent in Spikeability, which so far is my favorite course. I took a lot of notes on this. I missed several trades but observed and watched the chat room.  As I work through the course work, I am seeing more of the patterns: especially the ones on Spikeability. I have been trading QQQ puts / calls for 0.1 - 0.3 moves from 930a - 1030a edt. So far this has been good; I am applying some of the principles that Tim lays out and taking profits regularly; not being ambitious.

Also been building watchlists, adding more detail per ArtofWar comments. Working to add relevant details to the watchlist. I do believe this is very slow but steady progress; comments are straight to the point and I have to reflect on them as much as possible. Will continue to work the watchlist process and then work to understand what happened during the trading day by studying the charts. 

Week 4 starts next week! So far I have tried to not overtrade: I trade 1-3 times a day and then work to not trade / chase.
