I finished reading through Penny Stock's 101 Blog Post on Tim's website. I have several months(4 months) until I can raise a good $2,500 to begin playing. What do you guys recommend to study while I wait around to raise funds? I plan to start reading "How to Make Money in Stocks" by William J. O'Neal. In essence what reading materials do you guys recommend? 

Essentially I plan to study a couples weeks on fundamental and 2-3 months on Technical Analysis while at the same time paper trading.
