$IBIO very high float stock that is up 0.07 since yesterdays close.  It is holding off its highs of 0.29 in the 0.28 area.  There is a lot of resistance and past resistance in the 0.29-0.30 area.  Looking for a breakout and will buy on a dip.

$NVCN got its first green day today, however its overall chart doesn't look good as it shows a steady down trend.  On 6 month chart, its first green days are always followed by a red day. 1 year chart shows that it has the capability to run up, but it is up on no news today.  It is holding near its high at 0.22 and is showing some solid support at 0.21.  There seems to be resistance in the 0.22 area as it double topped earlier in the trading day.
