This caught my eye because of the Relative Volume Strength Indicator, which indicates very high unusual volume.
Found using my scanner. No other news found besides delisting notice, which made me wonder if this was a pump and dump.
Twitter:
Trading halted 2-3 times. Scary.
Relative Volume Strength was at 7.67 (7X n normal volume) and volume was steadily increasing from the beginning of run up.
Ask size was "thinning" or "rapidly" disappearing during run up.

My scanner settings after market opens.
min 0.50 max: 15.00
Volume min: 300,000
% Change: +5.00%
Unusual Volume: increased at least 150% over 50 periods

If I remember correctly, i started with 100,000 volume at market open and steadily increased the parameters to weed out the weak volume stocks as the morning progressed. 100k, 200k, 300k and higher if necessary to shorten the list. lol.

I use MACD histogram
MACD 2 lines
Relative Strength Index.

Stocks to Trade will definitely make life a lot easier. Can't wait to get it.
Does anyone know if your cable internet will remain operational if you use a back up electric power source to power up your computer and modem/wifi in case of power failure? My power went out yesterday before noon and ... I lost my shirt. :( Glad someone invented the smartphone, wish I had it set to my broker.
Google UPS DIY to big batteries. I added deep cycle, closed cell, golf cart type battery, for about $250. Now have over one hour reserve with 4 monitors and all the other crap running. Of course you need to turn all unnecessary off when power fails.
Unless there is a city or block power outage you might lose a connection. I believe there are cable hubs that are power generated that can go out. Cell phone and old fashioned plug in phone always good to have. Always know the telephone number to your broker and have account # written down also.
@Palmer Calling the broker...wow not sure if I would have thought of that. thanks.
@ronemshoff thanks.
