Better execution bought TVIX after SPY could not break multi-month resistance and overall indices downtrending + oil inventory news tomorrow. Analyst anticipating bad news in regards to oil supply, sold into the volatility before news the following day.

Got faked out on a dip but breakout occurred when SPY could not break multi-month resistance.

Underestimated the power of a shelf registration.. Earnings were not too bad also had an analyst upgrade same day. However, company decided to announce that they would be allowed to sell more shares because it met the criteria..

Bought this previous spiker near the 2.00 support line on the morning dip, sold into the follow through spike.

Entered short a bit too late after breaking support, thought it may attempt to break the next support but held so exited quick.

Price action faked me out of my position however trade worked very well if I held another 5-10min..

Attempt to play the oil price action on this earnings winner, hit my 30 cent target but got greedy and did not exit, stick to discipline and plan!

Attempt in this earnings winner except playing on oil volatility.. Grind up taking a bit too long, decided to exit my position.

Attempt dip buy into this morning breakout, should have held a bit longer because it worked right after but the volatility scared me out this trade..
