This was an accidental trade. I came home for lunch and was checking out RGSE on my break. It was up about 200+%, and I was seriously thinking of getting in; but my finger (which was shaking) I guess was too close to my trackpad. Because the next thing I know, the P/L window on Think or Swim starts going up....and then down. I waited until I had to go back to work; but was down and couldn't risk losing more. Took a loss...but learned to be more careful with my fingers around the trackpad.

I bought this thinking it would bounce...but no bounce. Cut losses as quickly as I could. Problems with this trade: Took too big of a position, didn't have NSDQ on my side (it was down on the day). Swinging for the fences...think I'm going to stick with positions with 200 shares or less, at least until I get back to "0"

Stock tanked a bit @ market open. It bounced off of 3.82…should’ve bought there, but was unsure it was “the bottom.” Waited for the stock to prove itself, by holding above VWAP. I bought @ 3.99, and it climbed to 4.08 before reversing. It never bounced higher. It was a good trade since I respected my risk and sold immediately once it was reached. But, I should have checked the overall market before getting in the trade, as NSDQ was down.

Several rules of Tim's strategy were violated in this trade. I didn't research this stock like I should have. This stock had been trading heavily in P/M and Tim gave an alert minutes before the open, saying it may squeeze. I took that as an indication to get it. When the stock went against me, I didn't observe my first risk level, thinking it would come back. I didn't have the time to wait out a return to entry level. It was an all around bad trade. I deserve my loss.

Where to begin with this foolish trade! I saw this stock halted a/hs on 8/9. The company had just signed a "definitive merger agreement" and I thought it was an opportunity. When unhalted, I waited a few minutes and nothing happened. Finally some orders came through and it shot up...and I foolishly chased it. I bought .05 from the top. Certain it would do more, when others learned about the merger, I held o/n. In the morning, nothing special. Finally, I cut my losses. Biggest loss yet.
