Losing sucks, but I have only myself to blame. Started with $500, made $90 the first day with $SPY options. Day 2 lost $313 because the move had already happened. Chasing and FOMO got me again. Was up $50 at one point and didn't take it and then I was too stubborn to cut my losses. Risk management, not cutting losses quickly and FOMO is a constant struggle with me. It will be 4 years in May since I started trading. Not giving up though.
