Up $902.50 and gave it all back because I wanted so desperately to get $1K realized gains in one day. In hindsight I hear how ridiculous this sounds, but in the moment I wasn't thinking clearly. So just putting this out there for people like me who have a hard time with their emotions and not taking gains when they're up. Small gains add up. Remember, singles add up. Be patient, build your account over time, don't try to do it all in one day. I'll be back at it in several months after I save $3K. Until then,
I need to keep this painful lesson in my mind.

i have done the samething. We just have to learn from it and get better. thank you for posting this
I have taken a tip from Tim Grittani and Huddie. I hide my Profit and Loss and just trade my plans and the charts. It is hard not to peek from time to time, but It has really helped keep me grounded. Keep up the good work!
