I should have entered because I would not be chasing, it was not a short squeeze but a reaction from an acquisition and SEC filing (8-K), which would fit perfectly on my early bird strategy

When the stock does not break the support and keeps hitting it, it means that the stock is trying to break it. Watch for a crack in the support level.

When the stock hits resistance and goes down in a quick move, that means the resistance level is well established.

KPTI going sideways, watch out for a breakout or breakdown, which may be more appropriate since the stock already hit the strong resistance area (10 - 11$)
