Uptrended all day yesterday because of their merging/deal with a giant headset company. Dip bought it premarket and sold into the failed morning spike.

First trade ever! This trade were really frustrating, but tremendous lesson. Bought it because it was a multi-day breakout over 4.75-4.80ish, and it was holding its gains, and it has recently been up on heavy trading volume.. Goal was to sell in the 5.20-30ish, but since the company put out bad annual report just out of the blue it went down, so I cutted losses quickly, since it didn't go my way.
