@ECB0921 Hello, I am a 15 year old boy looking to pave the way for my future (especially paying for college). I was wondering what you did to really get involved in stock trading. I am a complete newbie and do not know much at all. What did you do to begin (what lead up to your first stock trade)?

Hey, I still don't really know what I'm doing---I guess that is tip #1, always try to learn. 2. I got really lucky my first year and had most of $ in ETFS like BIPIX that went up a lot. In your position, I'd suggest learning to paper trade and find out what you are good at. Trade small when you start it's easier to lose money than win it--!

I paper trade a lot, even still especially in times of day that are a struggle to make profit. Try to find good repeatable trades.

@camdenwolf22 just became a fully transparent trader today!
You can paper trade with IB, TD or I have also used DAS Trader demo account. My broker is IB & Fidelity. I keep thinking I want to get a Centerpoint account b/c of better borrows on hard to find shorts, but I have a pretty good system with IB. Maybe at 100k I open a CP...
