Market had a major sell of late day and hit yearly lows. Can be a start of a bear market, however we still got around 7% more of a dip to be considered a bear market. Less opportunities, still take advantage of the ones that come by

ADIL has been consolidating for roughly a week already. Needs to break the 4.35 Resistance to be good, look for sign of bottoming to be a little early since it is up treading. This stock dilutes as well, so be quick on this one if somehow, I do buy it.
