VTVT set a bottom in the 2.50s and 2.70s, Stock is consolidating off the highs, can be scary for short sellers since some might still be holding. Can spike easily since its low float and is bottoming well. Only buy if it shows an uptrend though, high highs would be at 3.15 or higher.
