NVNI history of spiking at the open; so the dip buy here is time-based trade, not a price action based trade. He wants to be there near the market open bc that is when it has spiked. But it’s very choppy… that’s you dip buy, not chase. And if it fails at any key level (premarket highs or VWAP hold) it can drop sooo fast
