What is PULM? Pump and Dump? Earnings Winner? Something different altogether?

So I'm really trying to understand the different categories of stocks. Looking at a stock like PULM right now. Is this a pump and dump? Is it an earnings winner? And how can you tell? I know you are supposed to look at their earnings and such but where can I find those and how do I interpret them? I feel like I understand the general concept of the stock categories from Tim's videos, but I'm having a hard time applying the knowledge. I feel like it would help tremendously to have a real-time example like PULM explained to me and maybe a few others?? I really appreciate any help!
