$CDTI - Similar chart pattern as $BLOZF, also was about to buy the breakout at 2.16 but I really need to not be scared to trade, will watch it going into tomorrow to see if my thesis around buying the breakout to hold overnight would have worked. Ugly long-term chart tho, but the price action seems hype / short squeeze driven.
$EGLT - This thing almost doubled in a snap from trial news of their drug, the spike didn't last long but nice uptrending triangle going into tomorrow of the dip. Also watching.
None of the plays I was watching (morning WL) for a similar pattern to $ BLOZF really did much, I said it was still early days in these ones but they all dropped today, nothing huge but no uptrend continuation so I won't be watching them anymore.
I really need to learn to pull the trigger on these plays, if I'm wrong ill only lose 20$ (my risk level), if anyone has suggestions to help me take trades easier, feel free to share, much appreciated.
trade with smaller size to get a feel for it - and use same mental stop as with a bigger - you will be more and more confident!
What I seem to do when I place a trade is I set my bracket for loss or gain I immediately do this just incase the stock drops quickly. I try to judge my loss at maybe 1% or 2%, as for my gain I usually set it at 15%. As the stock goes up I change my loss accordingly. So say I buy into a stock at $10. My bracket would be $9.80 loss / $11.50 for the gain. And if the stock goes up from $10 I move my loss up so once it passes my buy-in any sell is a profit. It seems to be working for me at about 80%
