I looked at the chart for Athabasca Oil (ATH) CAD in the past days, and I noticed that the stock kept dipping, but then go back up to around $0.78. I put a price limit order at 0.74 before 9:30AM, and I was fortunate that the stocked dipped that morning and went back up immediately.

Entry comments: Buying on the way down trying to bring my cost down. Hoping for the stock to go up, so I can exit the trade without loss and hopefully making profit.

Exit comments: Cutting losses quickly. I should not have gotten in the trade at the first place.

Entry comments: Trying to bring my cost down by buying on the way down.

Exit comments: The price kept going down. Lesson learned: It's bad to buy on the way down hoping for the price to go up.

Entry comments: Maybe it will go up.

Exit comments: I was hoping for the stock to go up, but it kept going down, so I cut my losses quickly.

Entry comments: Nuvista Energy was trading low, so I bought some.

Exit comments: Fearing the worst, I decided to go out of the trade.
