Do not be dependent on alerts. Study and learn from the videos.

If you watch the video lessons and DVDs, Mr. Sykes explains all of this. He uses Yahoo Finance and StocksToTrade. You could also use other lists like on Etrade and other platforms or chat rooms. After you learn how to find things, then develop your own method.
