When I follow the rules and don't force plays it really feels like I have it down. Then I have days like yesterday, I have no clue what I was thinking with the trades I made yesterday. It was little better than gambling and I paid for it. Hopefully I'll learn that lesson and not make those mistakes going forward because it really does feel better not to trade than to make stupid mistakes like that.

I killed it today, multiple 10% gains, I did get a little cocky on my second trade and dip bought to early without following the signs but I recovered and got back on track. I'm gonna make it happen I just need to stick to the rules!
