My previous trade wouldn't let me continue to explain what happens when you don't stick to your rules. So I shall continue here. When you don't stick to your rules once you have then cursed yourself for an indefinite amount of time. In todays case, I didn't stick to them once therefore causing me to not do it again and taking an even bigger loss. WHY IS THIS SUCH A HARD CONCEPT FOR ME?????

So you know how you're supposed to stick to the rules that you set in place? Well let me tell you a little story about an undisciplined trader named Wyatt. Wyatt says things aloud as he's in trades. Hopelessly trying to convince himself that he can do what he knows he is supposed to. Inevitably disregarding everything he's said to date, he accepts a loss knowing good god damn well that he could have just kept his rules and made money.

Tried to take this on a consolidated big green. Maybe this is what we call overtrading..? Was pretty confident in the trade for what I call an all day hold but it had different plans lol.. Set my stop loss again and it kept me safe.. again. Bought into it with the higher low theory but minutes later it decided to dump again. Stayed safe, knowledge acquired.

Posting this weeks later.. shouldnt be but that's cause I am an undisciplined shit. I believe I tried to buy the bottom bounce and it failed immediately. Not cool, stop loss was set and did keep me safe however, I should have set a little more on the safe side. $30 is too much to lose with my account and a stop loss. Stop loss' are very difficult and aggravating creatures but im learning more about them daily. Staying in the game, whistle hasn't blown yet.

SET YOUR STOP LOSSES. ALWAYS! Thank the GD lord I had my stop set on this one.. talk about volatile. Perked up .30 right after I bought it but I wasn't quick enough on the sell. Directly after the perk up it dropped about a dollar. The stop kept my loss minimal and im thankful I stuck to my risk. Small loss, knowledge acquired.

Ticker ran a couple weeks prior and I had an alert set for it's break of years highs (set in the recent weeks). Alerted and waited for it to consolidate. Upon the reclaim of the break I took it for small size and ended in an up halt.. had my sell in for the unhalt and got out as soon as it did. Well traded, stop was set the whole time, JUST TAKE THE W's. QUIT BEING GREEDY!!
