LONG:

FOLD - doesn't move super duper fast on daily but has spikeability. Only play on this one is to wait for it to jump premkt/at open & then comes back down fast to support at yesterday's highs. Then dip buy for the next leg up. A little bit of a bad sushi stock but it tends to move in humps which is a good sign. 

ECR - fast spiking earnings winner with heavy support in 2.30's. Look for it to come down premkt & hold & then start to spike at open.

SHORT:

IPDN - looks like it finally got propped up today like I expected. Bummer I just barely missed the morning panic but now I get another chance. Pretty much look to short into any spikes or g/r move. 

MYOS - low float chat pump. Look for premkt spiking to fail at open. Or wait for it to tank a bit & then bounce & fail near r/g. Careful to keep on TIGHT LEASH as these low floats can run hard & fast on nothing. 

CALA - med float biotech up on technicals. Look for biff at open. Ideally it drops & then fails bounce. Don't really want to short into strength cuz could continue. No insiders selling that I can pinpoint. LT chart show it loves to pop & fade.
