% gainer, hot sector, earnings, 1st green day, good volume: I bought 10 shares at market open and sold 3 shares into a little morning spike. Bad PR was released overnight, and the price dipped temporarily, but it recovered a couple of days later. I sold 5 shares into a small Friday morning spike, holding the final 2 until the end of the day, selling just before close.

pre-market spiker, earnings, Nas, F10, Tech, yesterday 1st green, 52 week high - actually 5 year high: I sold into strength as the price spiked after market open. Things were a little choppy, and volume was very light. The market opened green, but politics are choppy and the Fed planned to discuss rate hikes this morning. I took small gains; late morning, the price did break resistance, so I know I was on the right track.

% gainer, earnings, Nas, F13, retail, near 52 week high which was Monday, large volume, 1st green day, couple month uptrend: I sold 12 shares into strength at 10.99. I continued to sell into strength as resistance lines were approached. I had planned to hold some shares overnight, but realized that I'm still shaken from political trade war talk, so I sold the rest of my shares 2 minutes before market close.

% gainer, earnings, also a couple of contracts recently, NYSE, F6, marketing, 1st green day, large volume: I sold 40 shares into strength at 3.70 and held the rest overnight. The market opened in a panic over trade war news, I sold 40 shares after a minute at 3.47, and the other at 3.48 - it just couldn't break the 3.50 resistance this morning, which was strong support yesterday.

% gainer, retail, NYSE, F14, earnings, 1st green day, large volume, uptrending over 6 months: I sold 10 shares into profit at $10.65 and 20 at $10.75. It was down premarket, so I sold the final shares at $10.50. It did end up spiking that morning. I was on the right track, but nervous from recent losses and trade war news. Lesson Learned: don't be too concerned with premarket trading.
