Ive added XLIT Technologies to my watch list on Think or Swim.  My main concern right now is to study and 

analyze this Company, and others while they're taking place.  By no means am I in a hurry to start trading. 

Studying, observing and analyzing over and over again, the stratagies taught is where I'm at.
