I thought I had a dip buy here, but really was just the stock trying to recover and couldn't. This was more of a panic and out of frustration...I keep saying that I'll keep my emotions out of trading, but holy cr@p this is not easy...I also stayed in longer as I believed I might be able to cut my losses but it hit over $50 loss and that is where I draw the line and get out...very upsetting day and used 2 of my 3 day trades...

So lets be clear, I'm an idiot. I was up $50 some odd dollars and that was my goal, but I got greedy. The stock was about 2.93 and I was saying, let it hit $3 and get out. Well if you look at the charts, OUT OF NOWHERE it dropped some .30 cents and I wen from making $50 to barely $8...Also, need to put a larger position in a company to help me close the gap between profit and losing on trade commissions...

So my comission fee is what screwed me here. But I was so happy I got in on this trade 10 seconds before Tim did! However, this stock experience a quadrouple bottom and never really rose again. Tim put 10,000 shares in at 1.40 and out at 1.44 but made $400. I realize now, I need to invest more per trade if I really want to start making these gains I desire. I'm happy I cut my losses quickly as I could have been much worse. Still learning every day!

Learned two things; 1) Take your profits and leave 2) Buy on Hype, Sell on NEWS!!! There was a conference call on the first stage of treatment, so leading into the news the stock skyrocketed, as the news was released the stock was halted. When it opened it bounced a little but mostly RED....One day later went from 1.30 down to .80...minor loss, but learned two valuable lessons.

Got in a little later than I wanted to but I left for class and was monitoring it while setting alerts at the .95 and $1.00 range as I was driving and it kept going off lol. This trade helped me recover my loss from this morning and with anticipation of a CC today, I'm hoping my overnight shares of 200 @ 1.29 continue to make me some more money. Best of luck to me and everyone else in on ATOS Update: Learned "buy on rumor, sell on news" it tanked the next day...
