Morning Panic/Dip buy: 

ALPP, ADOM, NVGT, XNET, ISEE All of these have the potential for a morning panic.  They are all up too much to buy, but with enough panic, the risk/reward moves in to the longs favor.

Breakout/Uptrend:

AGRX, FPAY, RKDA The first two are up on earnings with AGRX having the most momentum at this time.  RKDA is a former spiker up in premarket on news.  I'm looking to see how the price action is before making any move on it.
