I know technicals are frowned upon in the penny stock world it seems, but just wanted to show the Fib retracement here - personally - I like seeing this type of overlay:

If you look at the retracement, you'll see where technical investors are looking for support and resistance. If they break those psychological levels, then they will test the next levels.
