Last trade of the week. Again, went for a break above previous close VWAP and rode, wouldn’t say the wave but the single candle. It is not ideal, but I was pretty tired from looking at charts since 6 am. Called it a day with a small profit and a Green Day. The market if forcing a change in strategy

Having to adapt to new patterns in pre market. All big spikes seem to happen at times and speed at which I am in no way capable of catching them, so trying to establish particular analysis for the following small waves. This is the case.

Set of cross VWAP from previous close. Went for a quick in and out, without expecting a huge spike. Wave ride. Payed out, but didn’t think it was luck. Volume and previous analysis was solid.

Going for the cross VWAP tactic but it just didn’t hold. This wasn’t a good play. Should have know, no catalyser is too risky. Got out when best saw fit for CLQ.

Another wave ride. I know it is not the best strategy but given this crazy market where all happens in pre market seemed reasonable as the pattern and volume where in favor.

Go figure! Of course it was going to bounce. The pattern was consistent but didn’t wait it out from the first entry. It turns out CLQ was really CL(too)Q. A few minutes would have done the difference.

Talk about paying the price of impatience. Waited for B/O but caught too high, although didn’t think it was. Pre market works a bit different. Still getting the hang of it. Decided to CLQ, but obviously it bounced as I had previously expected. Not sure how to spot these bouncers

The second part of the trade. Played better to cut the previous one short and got in again, only I halved the position again to test the strategy. It was moving so fast I didn’t have time to add another set before the limit order got filled.

Went in testing a strategy after spotting this bouncer with a nice pattern that seem very much predictable. Had the intention of adding up if it worked, it started to turn so I decided to bring in small profits. Did go in right after market open with a limit order.

Again, saw this too late. Something wrong with the filter on S2T, because I am catching them way up on the spike. Had to get out using the “Sell at BID” which obviously was costly. Not the ideal play as it started to turn. However, if I were to predict what happened with the stock later, then it is an even bigger setback.
