I should not have bought it again. Profit is profit. When you make some, take it and move to other stocks.
Crude oil inventory was about to be released. Bought CL May 15 future.
Perfect dip buy. Stock was up a lot and buy on the first dip at $0.99 around 10:15.
I did not follow the rules to cut losses quickly. Average buying price of $3.29. I sold some at $3.40 but I waited until $2.72 to sell the remaining shares. I thought it would have come back. Should I have sold at $3.00 which was my mental stop loss.
I could have make more money but when you make 31% in about 10 days you have to take profit.
Nice 8.44% in 5 days. I also sold 75 shares at $28.00. The trend is going down. I could have sold this morning at $29. Broke the 4EMA, volume is down and RSI is at 59.
Sold half at $5.60 when it spiked and sold the rest at $5.16.
