I know I need to not be cheap but at least it's a start.

 

I tried to start with TD Ameritrade but having issues. I opened an account with Thinkorswim but don't know my acct # or how to login to add funds. I tried calling but 1.5 hour wait!

A coworker opened a RH account with $2500 and keeps taking out tens of thousands and still has $25k. He recommended that I just start. I convinced my wife that if he could do it I can too. So she's letting me start with $1000. Still haven't pulled the trigger on anything but I may tomorrow morning.
