Here's my take this week...
The Lemon Shark commentary:
Let's be real here everyone. Yellen just gave the green light okay. Game on! Just like in the movie Wayne's World. GAME ON!!!
Okay enough Hollywood fun, I anticipate a move in the broad market for stock equities this coming Friday.
HERE ARE THE STOCKS I AM CURRENTLY WATCHING (in no order, unbiased direction, just watching volume and price action)
ISLE; AVGO; STZ; FB; BRKB; KR; USO; EWZ; JD; NFLX; SUNE.
A HARD LESSON TO LEARN: When you look at my past trades I need to tell you about a poor trade I made in Apple stock. This is a hard stock to trade everyone (first). Second, position sizing is very important. For all of you who follow Mr. Sykes he hits this hard. It's to bad that when I traded Apple I realized my position. I held into earnings and Apple got hammered and never quit falling. I was out quick.
A GOOD LESSON TO LEARN: When you have a GUT CALL (meaning a big intuition) for all of you advanced or intermediate traders (meaning you trade weekly or daily), go with your heart. Technicals and fundamentals are important, but in my mind research trumps all. So keep your position size small for small account sizes, and trade only when needed.
I recently called two stocks that 3 big moves in stocks (I won't mention them, because I traded only one of them). One I made $20 in but if I would have stayed convicted it would have been much much more.
So let's do our research before putting on a blind trade. I respect Mr. Grittani, he is a legend. But I advise knowing the industry your stock is in. Are they a leader? Do they have good financials? What does Profitly say, what does Wall Street say.
Keep trading, learn from past mistakes. Let's make some money!
