I'll be looking for some dips tomorrow in the morning. I really liked your size into your position advice you gave me. That worked so nicely today. Lol 😂😂 the people who are "ready to be in an orange Lamborghini when this hits 4 dollars a share" type of people 😂

I made a decent dip buy on SPI a few weeks ago during its run up. But just the lessons I learned today I look back at that trade and I could have played that one so much better even though I made a decent trade on it.

@Skraft Good for you on the sizing in stuff. That just calms the mind and you dont get eager to cut losses to quickly. Just be careful on falling knifes. Just sold most of my position. The volume on DCTH is drying up i think. By now the volume is in the millions. We may have volume exhustion coming into play. If it runs i will just rinse and repeat.

Well I was sizing in on a breakout, added on dips. Never hit my risk and the dips I added on were higher lows except one of them which hit .29 but I didn't panic there. Yeah, I'm thinking it's very overextended now. If it can pick back up I will go for another play but I think it's sympathy plays may have a better day than it will.

NICE! good eye man. I played the annual meeting on Friday and bought in at .05 for 11,300 shares. Decided to hold the whole day because lack of news and only 600$ at risk. rs denial was the best thing that could happen and I've more than quadrupled my investment.

also you could solve your cash account issues it sounds like if you just used say 75 percent of your account for the week and divi that up for how ever many trades you wanted to make

So effectively this means no more missed opportunities because of PDT BS and since we don't use margin anyways who cares

The only other option is paying like 30 bucks a commision at a offshore brokerage

great words Roland. Thanks! Your track record is very inspiring! I know you're hearing that a lot these days and it is damn well deserved. Great work! Hope to meet you at the summit in Orlando!

Doin alright. The hardest lesson for me is: don't get greedy. Smart gamblers win and leave, dumb gamblers win and give it all back.

Thanks man. Yeah, greed is definitely an issue. I feel like greed isn't my personal biggest issue though. I think my biggest issue is being stubborn and trying to get revenge on a stock lol

When I have a loss I need to take it as a loss and move on unless the market shows better plays. I've gotten lucky and forced a profit with patience on stubborn trades a couple of times but I feel that will ultimately fail me.

I guess I should point out that it also seems you're having trouble trusting your predictions until the last second, which may also be an issue. It seems your predictions are good but you're trying to buy the second a bounce happens, which will likely never work. Predict bounces, use the resistance and support levels, and use limit buy or sell before the changes happen, so that way when they do, the automation can take place. The automation will ALWAYS be faster

IB is good for shorting pinks. If you can't afford the $10k minimun, try VenomTrading, which uses IB for clearinghouse and has a $3k minimum

You bought the high right after morning freak out(pump) and sold on down slip during the lunch calm.

Thadewman112
Thadewman112 Jun 07, 17 3:58 PM

Bought 2400 @ 46 and sold @ 51 during closing hour when the longs start pumping and made an easy profit though patience and predictable trends. You found the right stock though, chatter is a 50% increase this week so with patience you could likely still pull a good profit from the day high purchase.

Daily support was .465 and resistance .495 - excluding morning rush. Morning rush trend is short followed by pump almost always ending in a dump all in the first 45 mins of market open.
