$TEUM is a potential buy. the company put out a PR stating was awarded a 3 year 5.4 million contract earlier today. Further, the stock has run before and it has a low float of 9 million shares. Also, the stock was running last week due to blockchain news, so this stock is possibly still fresh in the minds of traders. if the stock gets volume, I would like to buy the stock on a break out past $2.60 with a risk level at $2.49. I believe the stock has potential to run .40 - .60.

$KODK is a potential short. I like that it is the first red day and the momentum has shifted from bullish to bearish. I would like to short a break down past $10.10 with a risk level at 10.45. I believe the stock can drop $1. It does have a blockchain PR and a medium float, so if I do short I will have my finger on the exit button in case anything happens I can get out ASAP. 

$LEDS reported earnings and was had a good spike late morning. The stock has a low float of 2 million shares and has a history of spiking. although the stock has a history of spiking, it also has a tendency to not hold its spikes. if the stock gets enough volume and breaks out past $5 I would like to buy. my risk level $4.89. I believe the stock has potential to spike into the high $5s low $6s.

$PTIE is also a potential buy for me. The stock had a lot of volume today due to a PR of positive top-line results. Basically, the PR stated that the new drug has a lower chance of being abused by the users. I like that the stock was able to keep its gains and that it is the first green day. one thing I will keep in mind is that the stock never is able to hold its gains after a big run u, so if I get in I will be extra careful. I would like to buy the stock on a break out past $9.50 with a risk level at $9.24. I believe the stock has a possibility to run another .50 - $1.
