STT breaking news alert. potential for $8-10 run. Looked at long term chart, seen the momentum push and made quick plan. Hit the first red candle and got out to lock in profits. Quick alert, Quick trade and didn't want to risk holding. Looking back it was a good move with stock coming back down. This was straight breaking news play / momentum play. Risky and it paid out this time but looking back, be careful with this and have a solid stop to cut losses and dont get greedy, lock in profit.

Over night hold. Pattern looked bullish with potential next day. Pre market was looking strong, Tim alerted wall of sellers at $1.50 in pre market. Didnt have my account set up for after / pre market trades (FIX THAT) and e trade had issues at open. Was able to sell for profit but lack of preparation with broker account almost turn this to a loss. Lesson learned! Plus 3rd trade on Thursday, crazy volume and stocks moving but dont be a sheep, look for the perfect set up

Tried to ride the momentum of GNUS in this sector. CIDM was trending but pulled back. Didnt have a solid trading plan and lost my comfort and got out to cut losses. Lessons learn, make a trade plan, trade the trade plan.

Big lesson here! small position so small loss. Should have enforced the lesson from @timothysykes and waited for it to breach the $18.50 resistance and got the meat of the move. Instead i jumped in trying to get in early to max the gains and the market taught me a lesson. Morning upward trend was looking good and i thought this was going to go. Jumped in with out seeing pass resistance on chart, basically did not prepare and do my DD and I paid the price. Lesson learned.
