TOD: Pre-Market 0700-0928. Watchlist targets for entry at 0.45, stop at 0.43, target #1 at 0.49 and target #2 at 0.54. The trade was not going how I expected, so at least had the mind frame to get out.

TOD: 0900-1000 EST. I was not prepared, began trade on phone and then had a morning work meeting and did not have a stop in place. Lesson: Do Not Enter a Trade Without a Stop!

Do I not log these trades down? I mean not journaling is probably why I keep losing. How to do better? Trade plan, planned watchlist with entry, stop and exit, journal, keep track of mental health.

Trade TOD: 0800-0900. Trade plan: Entry 3.17, Stop 2.79, Target #1: 3.17, Target #2: 3.79. What I did right: Trade plan in place, stop loss and kept loss small. What I did wrong: Bought too many shares when I was not familiar with Pre-Market trading.
