the stock was fading. after it consolidated briefly I waited for what I felt was confirmation at 6.32 that it would continue a downtrend and I sold short. I was in this trade when the internet disconnected. I covered with the mobile app on my phone at near the LOD. I got out because the fade looked to be getting less steep.

ok tried again, 3.60 looked like a nearterm resistance, I did anticipate it happening, and was very happy to see it did as I expected unfortunately I waited FAR TOO LONG with regards to the breakout confirming itself. I literally got in at the top and exited for a loss immediately. If I try to set my loss a little lower I may not get stopped out (mentally) so quick, I could have been in the trade longer. ultimately it wouldnt have been profitable.

was waiting for a breakout over the 3.50 level, the candle spiked and I got in as soon as I noticed it thinking I was getting into a breakout, well... it failed at the level I got in at. It faded an acceptable amount while I waited then it dropped below my 2% loss mental stop loss so I immediately exited. Ugh.

not paying attention to support and resistance. it looked like a tiny pendant, I was expecting it to go up. again, didn't wait for confirmation. stock wasn't really volatile anymore, faded volume. Had some unrealized gains evaporate as I was trying to be patient then it blew passed my -2% mental stop loss, got out quick.

I was expecting the near term resistance would be broken and this would trend back up. I should have waited for confirmation. Volume was also fading. In this instance I was actually correct (but early! again, confirmation) that it would trend back up as seen on the chart however I exited as soon I as close to -2%, If I could have stayed in a bit longer I may have made a few bucks.

I actually sat in my chair watching this in disbelief that it kept going up. I JUST SAT THERE. It passed a previous high of 8.74 @ 9:54 and I should have jumped at the opportunity. I was scared after the earlier loss and got in near the premarket high which was a bad decision. I should have seen that as possible resistance. The stock trended higher, I had a couple opportunities to sell for a $60 gain but was trying to be patient and ultimately gave back my gains. Happy to have my first winner.
