I've noticed my key weaknesses are 1) noticing when its not a good trading day 2) CLQ, & w/in that controlling my adrenaline & my mind to walk away when I've done well, respecting my rules. I saw it was forming a head&shoulders, I knew in the millisec it was a bad trade, but adrenaline got to me. It bounced twice for a good less than -$100 exit but I didn't take it. I got the knowledge now I need the discipline. Q is how many more times will this lesson have to be learnt to drill it into to me.
